Cig Kofte (ĂiÄ Köfte) is a traditional Turkish dish, that used to be made with meat, which has been replaced by bulgur through the years. It's popular street food, also often served as an appetizer. It requires a few ingredients but is perfect for preparing in advance. Combined in a wrap with arugula, vegan yogurt, and toppings, it makes a perfect meal. Sweet and spicy!Servings

J'avais beaucoup d'attente sur cette recette parce que j'ai des souvenirs importants autour le kofta. Malheureusement, si la recette est prometteuse, elle n'est pas Ă la hauteur et manque sacrĂ©ment de goĂ»t. Seules, les boulettes sont trĂšs bonnes (bien que trĂšs peu ressemblantes Ă la kofta que je, connais), mais accompagnĂ©es leur goĂ»t peu prononcĂ© est noyĂ© dans le mĂ©lange des wraps, ce qui donne une texture mais pas de saveurs. Je pense qu'il vaut la peine pour PUL de persĂ©vĂ©rer sur cette recette et de trouver un mĂ©lange plus puissant automatiquement parlant, quitte Ă abandonner l'idĂ©e de kofta et Ă ĂȘtre complĂštement inventif tout en gardant le mĂȘme principe de boulettes Ă base boulgour
Amazing recipe!
I bought some ingredients (bulgur, red pepper paste) specifically for this recipe đ It's good, but nothing special, in my opinion. Probably will make it again, though, to use up the bulgur and bell pepper pasteđ€Ș
I would recommend roasting the whole wrap in a pan in the end till itâs golden brown to make it taste even better but I really liked it!
Can these kofteâs be air fried or pan roasted for some crispness?
