I made the PUL garlic & herb naans for this recipe and the flavours were amazing! I love this unique idea for a delicious wrap.
Ooo, this was fantastic! Easy and absolutely delicious. I did make a few concessions due to what I had on hand - I used regular curry powder and garam masala along with garlic instead of asafoetida.

@PUL Team - you might want to revise steps 1 and 2 of the cook along feature here (garam masala should be in step 1 and somehow made it to step 2) 😙
Another winner! I added cayenne to the tofu for some heat. This would be great for meal prep.
This is yummy and super easy to make. I feel like there’s too much liquid in the chutney though. Between the juice of a whole lemon and 2Tbsp water, it’s just way too watery. I ended up adding more herbs to fix the texture.
This dish is a true surprise. The ingridients separately are tasty, but when you combine them all together it's such an explosion of flavour! We had it with home made naan. Really great week day dish.

This came together super quick and was delicious! The flavors from the green chutney and the spices in the tofu mix pack a punch. Easy to make, tasty and healthy :)
Very easy and tasty dish. I swapped the parsley for mint leaves and works great also.
