Potato Pinwheels
These hearty potato pinwheels were inspired by the Indian flavours and spices, and would originally be fried but we decided to bake them as they also get nicely crunchy that way. They make for a very tasty appetizer and are best served with some chutney.pinwheels

Can I serve this with mango spicy dates chutney (PUL recipe)?
Also, what if I buy puff pastry dough instead od making one, will the recipe still work?
Yum! Delicious with the recommended PUL Afghan Green Chutney.
Added some cauliflower and stewed onions as extra vegetable and reduced the spices. Kids loved in.
Really good!
Awesome lunch/snack. Great both hot and cold. When hot, it tastes better served with some chutney, when enjoyed cold, it's perfectly yummy on its own.
Turned out just as pictured. Just need to make the chutney next time but added my own personal sauces on the side! Would definitely recommend with something to dip in….Store in container for the week and re-heat whenever!
