Absolutely incredible! The only thing is for those of us that can’t do cilantro (due to the genetic soap taste) the flavors don’t pop quite as much. I added a little more chili to give it a bit more bite, otherwise the flavors were a bit dull.

Even though it takes long to cook, this has to be one of my new favorite ways to enjoy potatoes! It goes amazing with the lime yogurt sauce, with which I have been obsessed since trying it and the lemon zest adds even more to the overall flavor of the recipe! I seriously don't what it to end!
Babes - I love PUL. I noticed that the instructions don't specify how to prepare the potatoes before boiling, though you can get the idea from the images. I know you all like to make super tight recipes/instructions, so I wanted to call this out early.

I made this today, with the chickpea and butternut squash soup, tofu tikka massala, palak tofu, naan and thick chocolate pudding. It was all so delicious! 🙏🏻 The combination of potatoes and yoghurt was surprisingly good!
