This is a wonderful soup! Easy to make and freezes well (if you blend the carrots enough), and it tastes amazing✨
What a wonderful soup! This is the first time I've heard of gremolata, and it tastes so good! The soup itself is delicious, but with the toppings it's like a whole different dish – in a very good way.
I had some boiled potatoes left over and added them to the soup.
