Mezze or meze, is a tasting platter, a collection of small dishes that are best enjoyed together. It can be served as part of a multi-course meal or as an appetizer, but it can also be substantial enough to be a stand-alone meal. The possibilities are endless when combining different fruits, vegetables, dips, spreads, breads, and nuts.

Hey Ana, the falafels will be less crispy (and possibly a bit drier) but you can make them in the oven (or air fryer) if you'd like. Give them a good spritz with oil and bake until golden 😊

These felafels were a great use for the bag of dried chickpeas I had in the pantry. Love that you don’t have to cook the chickpeas. Found this super easy and tasty.

Hey PUL, Is there a way I can bake this falafel? If yes, what would be the temperature and time?

Hey Preeti, we haven't tested it out so we can't say for certain how well it will work. In case it helps, we do have a recipe called "Baked Green Pea & Chickpea Falafels" and these we have formulated to work as a baked recipe, perhaps you can try that recipe? Otherwise, if you still want to give this one a try baked, I'd suggest baking at 375°F (190°C). Brush them generously with oil and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the falafels are golden and crisp, flipping them halfway through. Let us know how it goes if you give them a try!
