A simple recipe with a lot of flavour and nice textures.
I used thicker pita (as thick as naan) that, when baked, ended up being crispy on one side and chewy on the other, which was delicious. I couldn't find harissa paste, so I made a mixture of tomato paste, chili powder, paprika, and liquid smoke. It worked well as a substitute.
This one is outstanding! I'm blown away...no earthly reason some of those things go together, but it is absolutely delicious!! I used Ithaca Lemon Dill hummus 😋
I’m trying to find flatbreads that match the ones used in the recipe images. Is there perhaps another name for them? When I search, I get rectangular flatbreads for pizza or lavash and not the round ones pictured in the recipe.
This is definitely a wrap to give lunch envy 😂 It's so good! Love the crunch from the roasted tortilla and the veggies make it so fresh. I can't find harissa sauce here, so just subbed that with some hot sauce instead.
Excellent
