Amazing flavor combo!
Bursting with a variety of flavors and seemingly underrated. For sure a new favorite!
So delicious and simple to make! The flavors are bold and work well together. I will definitely be adding it to the rotation!
It was so delicious and a hit with the whole family. A very unique flavor combination and it’s perfect for a nice summer meal
Okay. I'm giving this 5 stars despite the fact I had to substitute a bunch of things, I thought I had the ingredients... I did not.
But it was easy and quick to make and filling.
So great with the dried fruit to give it some sweetness.
Thanks you for the app, the videos - all of PUL. It has given me the confidence to substitute things in recipes. 💐
The lemon juice is missing in the instructions :)
Couldn’t find tempeh in the store so I had to use tofu, but still is a really filling and tasty nutritious meal :)
Really yummy! I used green harissa it also worked really well.
This recipe was so quick, easy and delicious!
Just made this and I love it — it’s fresh and flavourful! Tempeh isn’t always my favourite thing to eat but I enjoyed eating this version of it. Also I chopped up the mint and parsley and threw that into the couscous to save myself from washing the food processor.
So excited to add another high protein dish to the rotation (perimenopausal so am trying hard to eat high protein - please keep them coming!).
Swapped soya protein chunks for the tempeh, and used air fryer for 10 minutes at 170. All came out great. The lemon in the couscous is lovely, so remember to add until the recipe is edited.
So good!!!
