May I ask, when it says 35 cookies in the serving size, does that mean 35 complete cookies (35 bottoms + 35 tops ie 70 total cookies) or does that mean 35 cookies in total meaning the ability to make approx 17 cookie sandwiches? 🤓😎♥️ thanks

Heyy Jamie! This recipe makes 35 completed cookie sandwiches, as you see in the photo (so indeed, each completed cookie contains a one top and one bottom cookie). If you prefer to make 17 complete cookies, we'd recommend scaling the recipe down accordingly. Hope this helps for now!❣️

So easy and so delicious! And they look the part too. Filled some of them with strawberry jam and others with vegan Nutella - lovely! Great recipe as always 😍🥳

These cookies were so delicious and nostalgic of Christmas time tradition. I am definitely going to make this my go-to recipe for Linzer cookies.

These look so good! Question: could I add homemade jam to these? I’m looking at your lovely blueberry lavender jam recipe 👀

PUL small logo PUL Team - Dec. 15, 2024, 6:16 p.m.

Hey Lobke, any jam will work! The homemade blueberry lavender jam is a lovely idea. Thicker jams work best for these cookies so if your jam is a bit loose, you could try cooking it down to thicken it up a little before using it 🤗

This worked beautifully and the cookies were really delicious

I found a Linzer cookie cutter kit at a thrift store, so I decided to give this recipe a try. They turned out so cute and delicious! I will be gifting little bags of 3 cookies tied with ribbon to a few patients in a nursing home tomorrow. ❤️

Awe what a lovely find, Carol, and how sweet of you to gift the cookies! Thank you 🙂

They are sooo delicious 😍 I got so many compliments from my friends, one even cried because they reminded her to her grandma cookies 🥹 I’ll make them again for sure.

Being from Linz, I was super excited to see this recipe included! It's very easy to make and just as delicious as the original. Now I won't feel like I'm missing out on anything anymore during Christmas, thank you for that 😊
