La pâte est facile à réaliser et très bonne. Quant à l'appareil j'ai dû vraiment tricher parce que je n'avais pas de tofu soyeux, j'ai dû mettre 2 briques de crème et deux substitue d'oeuf et mettre le tout au four dans la pâte pour la deuxième cuisson. Ne pas oublier le sel. Résultats extrêmement gourmand
I've made this multiple times with and without the pie crust...it's delicious. I would say it's significantly easier to make the filling in a food processor rather than a blender...I always end up moving from one to the other and have twice the washing-up lol 😆

I found it a bit tricky to put the chilled dough into the pie plate. Next time I probably put the un-chilled dough in the pie plate and then let it chill for half an hour.
