Nussecken - German Nut Corners
Nussecken, a German pastry meaning "nut corners," are a beloved treat composed of a shortbread-style base adorned with apricot jam, nuts, and a chocolate topping. These triangular delights harmonize the richness of butter, the crunch of nuts, and the sweetness of fruit, creating a depth of flavour in every bite.cookies

Very tasty, but the integrity was quite soft/crumbly. It was in the oven for long enough I would say, the edges were quite brown. Could it be possible, that the dough was not cold enough?
Nice. A few currants would be great in there too.
I made these today for a small family gathering and everybody loved them! There were six of us and everything was gone in about 10 minutes, that's how good they were :)
They taste delicious and are even better after a day or two in the fridge
Lovely!!
Excellent recipe and delicious. Perfect for Christmas dinner with friends.
Delicious! Can they be frozen for longer storage?
Extremely yummy and very creative :)
I’m German and these look exactly like my grandma’s! Much better than the dry ones you get at a bakery! 🤩
