Super easy to make and they taste awesome! I also added some dried lavender to them that I let soak with the flax seeds.
Made a batch of these using chickpea flour for 1/2 the batch and all purpose for the other half. Both turned out great! I reduced the amount of chickpea flour in the one batch and let the dough sit in the fridge for an extra hour.
