Coffee & Raspberry Mille-Feuille
Mille-feuilles are French pastries made with layers of puff pastry and pastry cream, they not only taste delicious but look beautiful too. While they're not the quickest dessert to make, the effort pays off! If you're short on time, omit the icing steps and simply dust with icing sugar instead.mille-feuilles

Hi, I am interested in making this but I see many people struggles with the filling being too runny. How can I combat this/do you have any advice?
The flavours were delicious but the texture of the filling was too runny, even tho I measured in grams
I had the same problem as Carolien below, the icing remained very runny throughout. Would adding more cornstarch solve that? I’d love to hear your thoughts, because the taste was great!
I have a problem with the icing, it just drips off of the pastry’s, leaving them completely dry. It doesn’t stick to them at all…
Turned out to be really good!!
