Coconut Bunny Cupcakes

These were so good and fun to make with the kids. So very versatile for different holidays too..We cannot wait for Halloween decorate it white with black like ghost and Christmas little Santa clauses🥰🥰🥰

All of my nieces and nephews loved these cupcakes when I brought them for Easter! I think the next time I make these, I'll add vanilla extract to the frosting.

Soo cute!!
It wasn't very easy to shape the feet, and the frosting is pretty buttery, but it goes well with the dough and it was a lot of fun!

Oh my goodness! These are adorable! 😍 I now know what I'm going to make for Easter. I even happen to have marshmallows in my pantry!

They turned out so well! Just a right amount of coconut flavor and the icing was nice and fluffy and not overly sweet. My whole family enjoyed them. I have to admit, though, that I almost didn't have a heart to eat these bunnies, because they were so cute! ❤️ Thank you for a great recipe once again!
