Almond Pistachio Crinkle Cookies
These cookies take inspiration from Italian amaretti, in particular the Sicilian kind (amaretti al pistachio) and Moroccan ghriba or ghoriba bahla. Both are often enjoyed as an afternoon snack and loved by many. The cookies are soft, chewy, nutty and deliciously sweet, the ideal companion to your cup of tea!cookies

Absolutely delicious! I tried to ignore the pistachio trend, but my partner picked this recipe for my bi-weekly cookie baking. The recipe is way easier than I thought. Only thing that really took time was peeling the pistachios. I will definitely make this to impress other people :)
Ahh, these are soo good! Perfect, chewy texture and delicious flavor. Will be making these every holiday season for sure! 🤩
OMG OMG OMG … made these as a tasty secret Santa gift and they are TOTALLY Moreish 😍
I wish I could add pictures. These turned out great! And we did not have cornstarch and added rice flour instead. Still great. Nice, chewy and something different!
These turned out heavenly!!
My god! These cookies are sooo delicious! They are even better than the original ones non vegan. I've added orange blossom water, just because I had to use it somewhere😁 and it added a little something😊
Thank you PUL for one more delicious recipe 🤗🤗
Hey pickuplimes Team, ist there any substitute for the aquafaba? I want to try these because they look delicious, but I'm allergic to chickpeas. p.s. Love your app.
