Turkish Style Loaded Potatoes
This loaded potato dish takes inspiration from kumpir, a beloved Turkish street food where baked potatoes are loaded with a variety of flavourful toppings. While the toppings may seem unusual at first, they are classic elements of Turkish cuisine. Popular options include corn, pickled cabbage, olives, and sausages. Serve it as an appetizer or side dish, and dig in!Servings

I swapped pomegranate molasses for grape molasses that I brought from my trip to Turkiye and also sausages for eggs. It turned out delicious :)
I just feel that the portions are a bit small for dinner - I used twice the amount of ingredients per portion, but it may be influenced by the size of potatos.
Loved this recipe so much. I adapted it slightly as I do not like to eat processed meats. So instead of using plant-based sausages I added cooked mushrooms and it was delicious.
Sympa mais j'ai beaucoup trop changé la recette pour la catégoriser. Note à moi même : me souvenir de faire rôtir des pommes de terre pour faire des plats cools
I basically took this as inspiration and threw a bunch of leftover vegetables and hot dog on top of the potatoes. Delicious 😋
I loved this recipe so much that I'm doing it again for my guests tonight. The potatoes are so delicious and the combination of flavours just hits the right way. Thumbs up for this one
This was so good! I had some left over cashew cream so used that instead of mayo. Also try and find pomegranate molasses!!! Nope! I used some balsamic glaze instead. Really enjoyed it and the other reviewer was spot on!, all the flavours came together amazing. Another hit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very nice recipe!
This was surprisingly really good! It felt a bit random ingredients but in the plate it definitely made sense! And it used several leftover vegetables I had on hand so it was perfect, I will definitely do it again!
While the pictures had tricked me into believing it would be some kind of potato salad, actually this feels more like crispy potatoes with lots of interesting toppings and sauces!
