Spicy Corn Ribs
This recipe is a delicious twist on a classic corn on the cob. It requires some knife skills, as the corn is quite hard to cut through, but the smaller-cut corn is easier to eat. These "ribs" are savoury, sweet and juicy. We paired them with some fresh parsley, vegan feta, and spicy mayo.Servings

Deliciously simple food!
This is such a fun dish! I paired it with the chickpea shawarma salad & it was beautiful. Definitely making this again.
Made this for the first time yesterday for a large group gathering and it was a HUGE hit, no notes!!! Will be making again for sure! Thank you, PUL for another amazing recipe!
This meal was part of our braai dishes we had with a bunch of friends.
OMG, the paprika is a game changer.
In South Africa corn and mushrooms are almost always on the braai with get togethers, but I never really bothered with jazzing it up. This was Jazzing it up🥳.
The combination of the paprika and the smoke from the braai made this one of my go to for future get togethers.
So yum!!
I made it using baby corn and turned out very nice. Will surely make it again and again!
Simplicity and perfection ✨
These were a HUGE hit with the family! Great summer recipe!
