Maple Roasted Butternut Squash
This maple-roasted butternut squash is a perfect holiday side dish. It has a blend of sweet, savoury, and lightly spicy flavours. The squash gets baked until tender which makes it melt in your mouth. We paired it with some salty vegan feta, roasted pecans for crunch, and dried cranberries for sweetness.Servings

Didn't have any of the toppings but it was a delicious and simple marinade! And a good way to use up some squash
This is another favorite!! Perfect anytime of the year!
It the best butternut I have ever eaten! I added tofu to bust protein content and appeared to be wonderful dish. Even my picky husband said that it is delicious!
Thank you guys very much for your recipes♥️
The best ever.
This looks sooo yummy! It is going be part of this year's Christmas dinner 😍 Will be making the seitan/lentil meatballs and the scalloped potatoes as well. The first Christmas eve dinner where everyone in the family will be eating vegan. Thanks for your wonderful recipes ❤️
Delish!
Tasty as heck but slightly low in protein.
Do you recommend any main dish or anything to combine it with?
