Such a great combo! I put some spicy dijon mustard in the sauce which made it even better I founf
I love this salad! I usually set it atop a small crispy bed of lettuce and finish it with some chopped avocado.
I really loved this salad (especially as someone with Eastern European heritage - heck yes to anything with dill and beets)! The only thing is that the dressing is quite thin - I found it necessary to add another tablespoon of olive oil and a bit of lemon juice to give it a more acidic bite. All the other flavours were well-balanced though!
I made pickeld beetroot for the fist time for this salad and I have to say we loved evertyhing about it!
Taste is great and such a funny way to enjoy a salad.
Hello, this recipe clearly has sliced radishes in the picture, however they are not mentioned in the ingredients list. Definitely going to make this.
