Never had raw BS before and i found out that i prefer them raw in a salad rather than cooked/roasted in a bowl!

I love Brussells sprouts and I was curious about trying them raw. It was good, but still I am a bit perplexed about the taste and consistency of raw BS. I will the recipe with roman lettuce. My husband loved them anyway… 😉 Hugs from Italy
I made a bootleg version of this. I used a shredded red and white cabbage kale brussels sprout mix. I skip the olives because I’m not a fan and added artichokes. Instead, I stuffed this into a wrap and it was so good with avocado definitely making this again.
