For many years I thought I didn’t like fennel, but I added to this salad and it was delicious! Whole family enjoyed it at our Christmas Eve braai 🤩
This has become one of my favourite summer salads - it’s such an interesting one (in the best possible way!). I would never have come up with this flavour combo, but it works so perfectly! Delicious ☺️

Really delicious simple green bean salad! Served it along with the One Pot Pesto Pasta. I didn’t add the optional fennel and it still was great! I made it in less than 10 minutes so I think the 17 minutes is heavily over estimated.
