Great meal, maybe too big for a breakfast. Super tasty. I will certainly make this again.

I cooked the chickpeas in a pan instead of the oven and I didn't add the sugar to the tomatoes because it would have tasted too sweet for my taste, but the dish was amazing! I made it with frozen tofu and I didn't mind the texture, but I'll try it again with fresh tofu.

Easy to make, protein-packed and great flavours. New lunch favourite, especially now there are tomatoes growing in my garden. 🥰

That was very good, but I would advise to use fresh tofu, I only had frozen tofu and the texture was grainy so I had to blend it a looking time, so I'm sure the texture would be much better with fresh tofu! I'll try it again, because the tastes were so good, worked well with bread!

I was intrigued by the whipped tofu. Interesting dish. Very filling - if I were making it again I would make 1 serving for two people. Hubby liked it more than I did - definitely nice but not a 5 for me (giving it a 5 as hubby thought it was a 5).

This dish is great as is, I love how filling it is. You could def experiment with seasoning and take it to other cuisines. The tofu whip is so versatile!

Wow, so good! I was still procrastinating at setting a date for making dinner for some (meat eating) ladies who were curious what vegan cooking looks like. I immediately invited them, but got scared shortly after 😅 but now I'm confident enough to get on with it. This recipe won't disappoint!!

SOOO delicious - wow! I could eat this whipped tofu by the spoonful. Highly recommend keeping the chickpeas in the oven an extra 10 min to make the crispier - but other than that - this recipe is perfect! Can’t wait to make it again 😂

Great high protein meal and quite easy to cook, no chopping necessary 🙏 I squished the garlic and replaced the balsamic with pomegranate molasses because I don’t like vinegar. Whipped tofu was a little bland, but there was plenty of flavour from other ingredients so I think it worked out really well together. Will definitely be making again!

Made it today for lunch and it was great! The tomatoes were delicious and with the whipped tofu it matched amazingly. Only thing that was a bit annoying were the baked chickpeas which were chewy and kinda dry, next time I’ll probably only cook them. But overall a nice recipe:)
