Love those! Yummy onions and great combination of ingredients, very good! I made a lot for a party with many friends, I prepared them in advance and then heated them all in the oven at once, it worked very well! Today I've made a batch that I plan to eat cold as I am traveling, I'll let you know if I like them cold too!
Nice but the flavour was rather mild, next time I would add more salt or something spicy
First recipe I attempted here and it is such a good combination of flavors! I’ll try to freeze some wraps as mealprep and hopefully they’ll still taste good
It takes a bit of time to prepare but it was totally worth it! I got a bit excited and filled my tortillas a bit too much so I couldn't close them properly~~ but that just shows how much I liked it!

I've just tried this: it's incredible! I had a vegan Feta in the fridge so I used that instead of making my own from scratch but the result is just wow.
I made my own tortillas last night so my wraps were a bit ugly to look at ahah but flavour-wise ecerything was just so *chef's kiss*.
Definitely will make this again!

I made this recipe without the tofu feta because I didn’t have any tofu on hand. I had some Vio Life feta that I used instead. All the ingredients tasted great together in a wrap. I have never made mushrooms as per this recipe and they were especially yummy. I would like to make the recipe as it is intended with tofu next time.
Turned out great. I used ‘smoked’ tofu. I did not even know you can eat tofu raw and I was worried about how it would taste, but I liked it a lot in this recipe. Champignons are a bit boring (no fancy mushrooms at my restaurant) but they worked too.
I also used olive oil instead of coconut oil.
Does this make enough filling for 4 or 5 wraps? It says 4 at the top, yet the ingredients list shows 5 tortillas needed.
