I really like this dish. It's a quick, no-fuss meal that takes little time to prep and come together, I will definitely be making this more often. I added more nutritional yeast and I'm going to try adding white miso paste next time. Thank you for another great recipe.
Delicious! I didn't add the vegan parmesan, but I will next time, because I'm sure I'll make it again.
It did take a lot longer for all the liquid to reduce, but the result was still great!
LOVE love love your recipes! They always work amazingly! But I’ve made this one multiple times now….. It’s super delicious, but every time I think I’ve made a mistake (but now I’ve really double triple checked…), there is SO MUCH liquid left at the end. What’s going on here? Does your pasta need a lot more water/longer to cook? I’ve used different dried pasta each time (wholewheat fussili this time) and every time it feels like I need at least a cup less water… Anybody else got this problem? PUL do you know why this might be?
A crowd pleaser!
Super delicious and easy to make!
Delicious!!! We grated fresh nutmeg on top just before serving- it was out of this world delicious. And I had substituted red pepper flakes for chili crisps. PUL scores another home run!
So good my family loved it and they aren’t vegan
It came out a bit watery for me.
Easy and tasty comfort food. Love how much protein this one packs.
So good!!! Easy and quick to make. I used a can of coconut milk and about a cup less of water as did not have the soy cream. Worked great! Thank you. Another fave recipe by PUL!
I didn't have mock meat so I used unripe jackfruit instead. And the pasta turned out delicious.
The creamy herby sauce paired perfectly with the mushrooms and arugula making this a super flavourful pasta dish. I loved how straightforward it was to make too. I swapped the mock 'chicken' for oven-baked torn tofu coated in a cornstarch-water mix which worked a treat!
This was sooo good! I can't wait to make it again!
One of my favorites so far (a pretty difficult feat with so many incredible recipes). It tastes like it came straight from a restaurant!
Bonne plâtrée nickel pour les besoins en énergie et en éconfort
Perfect ease / taste balance!
This tastes amazing - new favourite 🤩 . I used quorn pieces, almond milk instead of cream and lots of chilli flakes 🌶️ 😃
Loved it. I ommited the mock chicken and instead added some peas.
Came out really creamy. Great for a busy work night :)
Can you put swaps in for the “mock” meat products? It is really hard to find where I am!
Great and fast! I love adding a squeeze of lemon along with the chili flakes when serving. I let the pasta simmer a bit longer, which thickened the sauce nicely
Super good!
Delicious! My sauce was quite liquid, but it worked well with some bread on the side to mop up it up. Next time I’ll use less water and add more as needed. Thank you for a great recipe!
Wow! Delicious! Will be on rotation at our home. Looking forward to making this for friends
This was so delicious! Really easy to prepare as well. Loved the idea of cooking the pasta with all the spices and cream, such a clever idea which resulted in a really creamy pasta dish! I used whole wheat pasta and it turned out great.
Quick, easy and delicious. Perfect for weekdays!
This was very easy and tasted amazing! Adding this to the rotation.
Quick, easy, and delicious! I used tagliatelle and a mix of oregano and basil as I was out of Italian spice mix. It came out great!
I loved the recipe! Very nice flavour combo and I’m happy that it’s full of protein.
Loved it! I will add more seasoning and nutritional yeast next time for added flavoring!! I also used lentil pasta noodles next time I’m going to try chickpea noodles.
