Garlic Cream Pasta with Mushrooms & Peas
You'd never guess that butter beans, also known as lima beans, are the secret ingredient in this super creamy pasta. The thick, garlicky sauce coats the pasta and will probably remind you of the popular "Alfredo" pasta.Servings

Best pasta ever !!!!!❤️
The ingredients looked solid but it’s missing something. There’s a lack of flavor.
Lovely!
I read the comments and saw the remark regarding the salt.. so instead I added half a stock cube (mushroom flavor) and it made so much difference! I also added more nutritional yeast (:
Very easy to make and using beans for the sauce is really nice! I used ‘kapucijners’ and this worked well.
Can I swap the butter beans for edamame ?
A more mild flavor sauce which is sometimes what you feel like eating. I used coconut milk instead as that is what I had handy. The sauce was thin as a result but we liked it! I also steamed broccoli and brussel sprouts instead of using peas. Thank you!
This recipe saved me this weekend when I got ill and couldn't go out grocery shopping. I happened yo have all the necessary ingredients at home, so I enjoyed a lovely home-cooked meal despite my circumstances 😋
Creamy but maybe a little bit dry. Maybe it's a cream i justed .Good taste tho!
Absolutely delicious!
It's now in my rotation! The sauce os quite thick, but that's of my liking
Unfortunately, the sauce turned out to be a bit bland. I had this with my boyfriend and he pointed out that it needed a lot of salt to make it tasty. Also the peas needed a bit more time, because some of them were still hard and I left them to cook for more than 2 minutes....
Very low effort, comfort dish. I had to add a little bit more milk at the blender cause the sauce was too thick for me, but takes amazing and would do it again (:
