I think adding coconut cream might not make the pasta taste great?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 21, 2026, 5:53 a.m.

Heyy Manasa, thanks for your interest in this one! Coconut cream often adds a noticeable coconut flavour, so it may not be the best fit for this sauce. We’d recommend trying an unsweetened soy, almond, cashew, or oat cooking cream if accessible. A homemade creamer (such as pulverized cashews in water), or unsweetened plant-based milk like cashew may also work for a thinner and less creamy sauce 🤗

Truly divine! I love these super quick recipes. Made it yesterday when I had no time and no energy to cook and we ended up having a Michelin star dinner. 🤩

What can I add for some more protein intake?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 19, 2026, 4:33 p.m.

Hi hi, Diana! Thanks for your interest in this one ☺️ some ideas are adding crispy tofu, tempeh, chickpeas, or white beans to the pasta. You could also top it with a homemade high-protein plant cheese like our "Simple Vegan Parmesan" or serve it alongside a lentil salad. For an extra boost, you could also swap the regular pasta for a higher-protein pasta made from chickpeas or lentils. Hope you enjoy it❣️

Oh, thank you so much for your response 😇 I will definitely use your suggestions, especially the “simple vegan Parmesan “ since that I have made it before really easily and it was delicious (gotta love caju) ❤️ have a wonderful day
