Tried the mozzarella today as I had left over dough from pizza. This was a lovely version. I would not add agave next time only because I found it sweet but that was probably using bbq sauce as the base 🀣
Would be my favourite of the many mozzarella I have made. Another great recipe!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
