Such a wholesome way to start the day! It's a really tasty bagel! The smoked carrots were delicious and the cashew cream cheese was amazing! Probably the best one I've tried! I fully loaded this with all the toppings for a veg filled breakfast, I'll definitely make this one again 😄

this app has been life-changing! I had a family gathering this weekend and we ate these for brunch. i loved that I could prep the cream cheese + smoky carrots the night before so that it was all ready quickly in the moment. got compliments all around!
I could not slice the carrot to 1 mm slices as on the picture but thinner. So they got a deeper color from the liquid smoke and the soy. It did not remind us to salmon, but it was a nice and flavorful sandwich anyway. :)
