So tasty!!! I've made the eggplant in an air fryer for less oil and had to substitute the miso paste with mustard and soy sauce but it was still amazing!!! Definitely going to repeat 😀
this was so good !! I think it makes sense to use a bit more tempeh though, in the picture it also looks like more than ~60g to me
This flavour combo!! It really hit the spot and reminded me a little of the PUL za'atar & mint wrap recipe but as a pizza. 🤌🏻 Already excited to make it again and I loved the fact that it had a decent amount of protein.

Absolutely incredible! Love your dough recipe, loved this recipe. The flavors were spot on. I’m going to use the tempeh crumble in other recipes instead of processed soy crumbles. No one knew the difference! Excellent, thank you!
