This was really good! I added some mushrooms and served it with bread. So tasty!!
Well, this was surprisingly good, espescially as I thought I did not like fennel! I made it with rice, and it was good, I even think I might do it again in the future more confidently! And also I'll add a couple more cherry tomatoes, they are really good with the fennel! Thank you for this recipe and re-discovery of this ingredient! Plus the recipe was really simple to make!
