This was truly DIVINE. I'm usually the "everyone before me" woman, but I just went for it because it was that good. I could tell it would be top notch with pita bread, but it was great with pita chips too. This recipe is a keeper.

Had an excess of tomatoes so tried this to use them up. I've wound up adding a good sized dollop on top of my rice in my meal prep lunches for the week. Game changer, honestly. It smells divine heating up in the microwave and adds such a lovely flavour. Will probably make it again for a Salad

Definitely nice but the amount of hands on time and the hour of expensive electricity doesn’t seem worth the end result, nice as it is.
