Pistou is a French sauce, very similar to pesto, made of blending garlic, herbs and oil. It adds a huge flavour pop to dishes, and we especially like it dolloped on soups.Servings

This was great, so fresh and tasty! A nice way to brighten up a dish. Also used as a dipping sauce for homemade sweet potato fries and it was great!
