Dear PUL Team, as I am working with lose bouillon powder it would be super helpful if you added the amount of water that is supposed to be spiced with the Cube. This was I could easily transcribe, now it's a lot of trial and error. Thanks 🙏

Heyy Daniela! In this recipe, one bouillon cube is used with about 4 cups (960 mL) of water for 2 servings, so you can use the same amount of water with your loose bouillon powder. You can start with the amount your package recommends for that volume of water, and adjust to taste 😊

I really want to like this dish, vut unfortunately this recipe as written didn't really work for me. By the time the orzo was cooked, the broccoli had turned to mush and everything was a bit bland as well. I will try again because I love broccoli and orzo and cozy chunky soups, but next time I will cook the orzo separately to reduce cooking time for the broccoli I think and add more spices for a bit more "oomph".

So warm and hearty and delicious! I couldn’t find vegan feta so used nutritional yeast instead and added some turmeric and black pepper for that extra heartiness! Yummm yum! Perfect quick and hearty winter lunch!

Delicious! It came out a little bit thinner than it looks on the pictures, but i think that was because our broccoli was on the smaller side and kinda messed with the ratios a little. It was amazing anyway. This will become a staple for us. The feta really elevates it!

This was nice. I instinctively started prepping onion and garlic only to realize this recipe doesn't include those ingredients. Added them anyway. Didn't have frwsh tomatoes. So I subbed a little bit of tomato paste and some roasted tomatoes in oil. 🥦🍅

I accidentally came across this recipe in the App. Luckily I had all the ingredients and only needed to buy feta. I reduced amount of chili flakes a bit , as I wanted to make it less spicy. Also I used a stand blender. So, before adding orzo, I took half of the broccoli, blended it and put it back to the pan. I just had this soup for my dinner. Omg, it turned out sooo delicious!

I’ve been making all of my meals from this app for a few months now, and all of the recipes have been great, but THIS recipe was so surprisingly good that I had to write a review. While I was making it, I thought there was no way I was going to enjoy this. It’s basically just broth and broccoli with a few spices! It didn’t even smell good while cooking it! But IT IS SO GOOD THAT IT FEELS LIKE CHEATING!
I added miso to the broth and used chickpea orzo instead. Otherwise followed everything else exactly. My soup turned out thinner than the photo (which I prefer.) I highly recommend this soup for a creative non-traditional tasty experience!

Super easy to make and very tasty. Definitely add a very good vegan feta and a lot of the parsley, it works so well. We didn't have an immersion blender, but the recipe works great without.

The bonus to this is how quick it is and how good it is for having lots of broccoli in one sitting. We did enjoy it but the key really is the type of feta and next time I would be tempted to try a different brand and maybe add in a tablespoon of miso paste into the broth to give it a bit more umami flavour. As someone else has mentioned, I may also try a different stock cube.

It came out really dense but I made it even more delicious. I accidentaly bought white cheese instead of feta (I’m not vegan) and it was a happy accident - i’m not a fan of feta. So i would say - feel free to change the type of cheese

We prepared it for mealprep and it was perfect. If you add the Feta and rewarm it, the Feta will slightly melt but I think that is perfect and distributes the feta taste also evenly. Soo good

Nice, warm and comforting; this is how I would describe this dish! Feta really elevates this dish and it's the first time I used it for something else except for a greek salad. I was pleasantly surprised of how it blended so nicely with the spices! Also super easy to make; for the first time in a while I had most of the ingredients at home too!

This was super easy and quick to make and is a really nice meal if you're craving something cozy and comforting! I downloaded the android version of the app just now and came upon this recipe almost at once. It was exactly what I was craving tonight and I was so happy I already had everything I need at home. This recipe has potential - it’s quickly prepared and requires only a few ingredients. However, it tasted a bit bland. Adding salt and more tomatoes helped but it did not convince us in the end. Still, thank you for this and so many other delicious recipes in this app. I’m a huge fan and many of your recipes are a staple in our meal plan.

@Franziska, maybe try a different bouillon brand, or a bit more of it? If you had to add salt, it was probably that. Increase the paprika and chilli too for more flavor! Adding more tomatoes would have further diluted the spices…
