This was so good! To simplify, I just baked the sweet potato whole. The texture of this was so smooth, and recipe made a TON. I can’t wait to keep eating it throughout the week!

Lovely hummus ❤️ I doubled the spices. Especially the chilli flakes! But that will depend on your spice tolerance and maybe how big your sweet potatoes are.
A perfectly decent hummus, and it is a fun twist to roast the sweet potato. I will perhaps add more or tweak the proportions of spices because the hummus was a bit mild🤔

Yum! I had leftover sweet potato from making sushi and leftover aquafaba from making PUL’s vegan mayo. I came to the app to see what I could find that called for these two ingredients. Once I saw hummus, I knew I had to make it. This came out delicious! I will say it wasn’t spicy to me, so I would certainly add more cayenne pepper next time.
