First time making this and it turned out great 😊 Just that it feels like it’s lacking something. I omitted the pom molasses as I didn’t have it. I may consider adding roasted garlic 🧄 for more kick as mentioned by one of the reviewer 💪🏻

Just to add… I made salad using baba ganoush and omg… Massaged kale with olive oil, chopped avocados, pomegranate, squeeze of lemon, pinch of salt and dollops of baba ganoush. So tasty and beautiful looking 🫠❤️ *burppsss…* 😂

Nice easy recipe. However I think the lemon juice overpowers the babaganoush. Next time I will reduce the lemon to 1 TBS or possibly use a quieter acid. I think it would be nice to roast some garlic alongside the eggplant for more roasty flavor.

I can't believe it, just last week I searched the app for a Baba Ganoush recipe and couldn't find one - quite astonishingly. I made one quite similar to this one, absolutely delicious. Don't skip the pomegranate seeds if you like a sweet-savoury combination!
