So good! Personally I would use a little less beet so it’s not as sweet next time, more pine nuts, and a touch more lemon juice.

Hey Caroline and Riana! We haven't tried it ourselves, although we imagine can freeze this pesto! Simply transfer it to an airtight container and it should last for up to 3 months. Just thaw and str it before using 😊
