Yes! Yum yum yum this. The pickles at the end really added some balance. Question PUL team - is there a good technique for getting the marinade to really penetrate the tofu? I had it marinating for 6 hours and it was only a little way into the tofu.

Satisfying meal! Somehow we had a lot of tofu compared to our toast. It was good though, but did take more effort/time than we expected.
Hi PUL team, thanks for this wonderful recipe, I can't wait to try it! 😍 Just a quick feedback on something else (sorry for writing here but I wasn't sure how else to do this): I have noticed in the tab "similar recipes" there are 2, namely "Mustard Mushroom & Bean Bowl" and "Vegan Reuben Tofu Sandwich", that don't open when selecting them. When I click on these 2 recipes, a page opens that says "Recipe not found". Just letting you know in case this is a bug. :)
I just tried it out this morning and it was phenomenal!! It satisfied my savoury cravings and it was easy to make, do not skip on the mustard, as it gives the necessary kick.
