Stuffed Potato Dumplings with Cranberry Sauce
These potato dumplings are crunchy, soft, hearty, and stuffed with deliciously spiced veggies. We served them with some simple roasted veggies and a delicious, sweet and tangy cranberry sauce. This dish requires a bit more time and skill but is totally worth it once done - a real crowd pleaser!Servings

how many dumplings is a serving? Thanks
Is it possible to bake the dumplings instead of boiling them? I’m worried it is will come apart in the boiling water. Or is there any way to avoid it?
Is there a good replacement for the mushrooms? Thank you! 😊
This was a perfect dish to cook for my partner’s birthday dinner. Romantic and delicious! Liked this recipe specially because you put your love into the manual work that takes to create this special dish. Great recipe!!
I didn’t realize how complex and time consuming this recipe was when I started making it 😅Took me almost 2 hours to prepare it, but the recipe is excellent, and I will make it again, but probably a bit simplified next time (with less components). This dish allows for flexibility and creativity! Thank you☺️
It did take quite a while to prepare everything, it's true, but the result was absolutely worth all the effort. I found the dumplings filling especially delicious 🤤
Really nice and delicious recipe!
Wonderful recipe although i will make the veggies in a pan next time.
Good recipe, it turned out well.
Really delicious! I only made the potatoe dumplings and they are so warm and comforting, thanks for the receipe!
love the recipe, was really amazing! Quick question about the app, any plans to scale it to an IPad? :), i’m sure many love to have a bigger screen when viewing recipes!
Delicious. I didn't have brussel sprouts, I substituted for broccoli and added a yellow squash to the roasted vegetables. It was a great way to use up leftover fall vegetables.
It took some time but its was worth it
This was very delicious and I highly recommend making it. There are two things you might need to know: this took me a very long time to make. Granted, I’m a known ‘slow poke’ but it took me over 3hours. Secondly, we had way too much cranberry sauce. I highly recommend making 1/4 of the quantity of cranberry unless you’re going to be having cranberry with other foods.
I messed up something with the dumplings and the potato, becauuse I had to add way more flour, but overall it was really delicious :)
So delicious! My boyfriend liked it a lot, too :)
