Chipotle Maple Tofu Sub
Sweet, smokey, and a little spicy: these subs are addictingly good and will make you want to make them again and again. Crispy baked tofu gets coated in a delicious chipotle sauce, that gets added into a freshly baked baguette. With the crisp veggies and some zesty mayo, this sub is just irresistable!Servings

Decided to put it on a salad instead of in a sub, but it was still delish.
Hi PUL team! We don't really have adobo sauce in our region, but I like preparing substitution. Could you please tell me what flavours to look for? Maybe chilis cooked in tomato sauce with some liquid smoke and mexican seasonings like cumin?
Very delicious sandwich idea it has such a unique flavor. Can also be turned into an easy meal prep for the week
Loved it!! Usually not a fan of mayo but the lime mayo really takes this to another level!
Fantastic sub!!
Holy cow! My entire family loved these so much! I'll will be making this again!
Super delicious. My boyfriend who eats meat gave it a 9.5/10.
Absolutely loved the recipe. This is going to be a weekly repeat! Instead of individually dipping the tofu pieces, I added them to the milk mixture all at once, then moved them into a box containing flour, shut the lid and shook the box. Same for the panko. It did a better job coating and faster.
The chipotle sauce is incredible! This is going to be added to our regular rotation. Only changes we made were adding 3 chopped up chilies that came in the sauce and we cut the tofu into cutlets about 1/4 inch thick and only needed 1 cup panko.
Wow, this might be my new go-to favorite wrap recipe!! I’ll have to try them on baguettes soon
Loved this recipe!! The tofu pieces take a while to bread them one at a time, but it's worth the effort!
