Hi can I bake in the oven instead of frying?
The recipe ingredients call for 1/2 medium broccoli. Is that a 1/2 cup??

Has to be one of the best burgers I've had, the mushrooms are amazing, I put mine in the air fryer and they were nice and crispy.
Amazing burger. Better than at most restaurants. Was too lazy too cook rice so I replaced it with some whole wheat bread and worked perfectly.
All came together well. Difficult to get the oyster mushrooms crisp without burning, but tasted good
