So easy and delicious!! Never buying can biscuits again! My family loves them, and I love that I can scale the recipe to make more when friends come over!

Super scones. Peut être un peu trop d'acidité de levure chimique. En mettre légèrement moins la prochaine fois ?

Hey Marguerite! Sifting the ingredients could help disperse the baking powder, although you're welcome to experiment with reducing it slightly as well 😊

Added leftover dried cranberries and they were SO GOOD! I imagine any dried fruit or even chocolate chips would be a good addition.

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has ideas on how to best go about freezing them? Before baking? After? And also how to defrost and reheat… I don’t think I have ever frozen baked goods like these 😊

Hi Isa, you can freeze these biscuits either before or after baking! For unbaked biscuits, freeze them on a tray until solid, then transfer them to an air-tight container. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes. For baked biscuits, let them cool completely, then freeze. It's best to reheat them directly from frozen at 350°F (180°C) for around 10-15 minutes 😊

Decided to make a batch right away to try it and oh my, these are amazing! Very fast and easy to make, and they have a perfect mixture of buttery and flakey texture 😋
