Delicious! I did cut the recipe in half, and the cinnamon part came out too thick to pipe, so if you're altering the recipe, keep that in mind! I'm guessing it should be thicker than the other batter, but maybe not by much. We didn't have vegan cream cheese for the frosting, but used marmalade and maple syrup for toppings, which worked great! This was a really good pantry recipe

Thanks so much for sharing this, Angie! In case it helps in the future, our recipes scale proportionally, so with batters and baking-style recipes, changing the serving size may affect the consistency. The cinnamon swirl should be just a bit thicker than the pancake batter, but still easy to pipe.

These were very tasty, I swapped the cream cheese for vanilla yoghurt and toasted pecans. I found doing smaller pancakes cooked best and I just swirled the cinnamon batter in with a spoon as I am too lazy to pipe things!
