Delicious! I put a bit less sugar in and swapped cream cheese for Greek style yoghurt to make it a bit lighter. Since my family adds chopped walnuts to cinnamon rolls, I added them on top and I'd recommend that, the texture contrast is great!

The perfect breakfast for a fall morning - warm, cozy, it smells like autumn with all the cinnamon and just feels like a hug in a bowl! I always cook it the night before, put the jar in the fridge and reheat it in the microwave the next day, to save time during busy mornings - works great! I reduce the amount of sugar and love putting some caramelized pears in it, for some texture and natural sweetness, it goes so well together! I can't get up fast enough when I know this is going to be my breakfast 😍

Mmm this sounds absolutely dreamy, Nina! Love your tip for prepping ahead and adding caramelized pears. Such a cozy, autumn-perfect twist 🍐

It’s good, but why use so much of cream cheese? It immediately felt unhealthy.
PUL Team - Aug. 10, 2025, 3:25 p.m.
Hiii Izabela, the cream cheese is meant as an indulgent topping for a "cinnamon roll" vibe, but you can definitely use less or swap it for yogurt or whipped coconut cream for a lighter feel ☺️ happy nourishing!

Also cheese/cream/cream cheese is not unhealthy. So please let's try and educate followers that food is not moral, and is innately healthy or not. Everyone is different with different systems and diets and how they respond to food. Having a balanced diet is always key. I really dislike putting morals or standards on food.

Very delicious. I skipped adding the powdered sugar as it was already sweet enough for me. It's a lovely creamy start in the day. 💕

I loved this! Really good combinations and easy to make. I reduced the sugar as it was a little on the sweet side for me.

I love this, it's sooo good!
I just added some stuff: I'm trying to incorporate more beans because of their blood sugar balancing and nervous system regulating properties, so for 2 servings, I took one can of butter beans and blended them with some of the milk in my food processor and then added that to the oats to cook. I only used a little more cinnamon and vanilla, but not more sugar. This way it was just the perfect sweetness and not too much for breakfast. That leads to a little more liquid though, so I added chia seeds for thickening. And lastly I added a heaped tablespoon of almond butter to the oats as well 👌🏻

This sounds absolutely delicious, Mairi! Love how you’ve made it your own with the butter beans and almond butter for added creaminess and nutrition. Your adjustments for sweetness and thickening sound perfect for a hearty breakfast! 😊

I'd decrease the cream cheese next time, but that's possibly user error since I only had real cream cheese on hand.

Just has this for breakfast… it is delicious. I read the comments before making it and got inspired by some of them to make some changes: I used maple syrup instead of sugar, I added crushed caramelized nuts for textura and a banana for a little fruit… it turned out delicious.

Delightful! I did add two ingredients that really brought the flavours together beautifully:
1. Since my cream cheese was quite thick, I added the juice of a lime to the “frosting” — it really enhanced the taste in my opinion.
2. Before dividing the oatmeal into jars, I finely chopped an apple and put it at the bottom of the jars, then poured the warm oatmeal on top. It was a nice change in texture and reminded me of apple pie.
I imagine some roasted almonds on top could also taste great with this recipe, or you could enjoy it with various fruit (like frozen blueberries that have been warmed up in a pot).
Thank you for this lovely idea! I’ll definitely make it again, and I look forward to trying the refrigerated leftovers tomorrow!

hi, when you don't add salt into the ingredients such as in the chocolate chia seed pudding, does that mean salt isn't needed or is it optional for us to do it at our own will?
PUL Team - Nov. 26, 2024, 3:10 p.m.
Hey Nici, when salt isn't listed in a recipe it's not essential, but you’re welcome to add a pinch if you'd like! 😊
