A delicious alternative to the usual oatmeal! I usually find porridges to be boring, but the apples are definitely what makes the recipe pop for sure. Don’t skip adding some nuts for some added crunch.

I used honeycrisp apples. The tartness neutralized the richness of the porridge really well. Always baffles me how 2 tbsp of dry semolina can make up a full meal. 🍎
Delicious! In Croatia we call this "gris na mlijeku" and we usually just eat it with a sprinkle of chocolate so this a wonderful variation on a familiar breakfast ☺️
This didn’t thicken up as much as I thought it would so maybe use a bit less milk depending on what kind you use. We used pea milk being I didn’t have soy milk. A topping of granola would be good for crunch too.

I've always loved semolina porridge and this was delicious! I used vanilla sugar instead of maple syrup and vanilla extract, as vanilla extract isn't easy to find in my country. Worked like a charm!

This recipe is delicious. Used peanut butter instead of almond and drizzled some more on top of the caramelized apples. Taste like desert 😍.
Very easy to make, and it is a pleasant breakfast alternative to the standard oatmeal. Maybe not as much taste from the almond butter and vanilla as expected😯, but it contributes to the overall “autumn”, warm flavour of the apple topping. I can imagine that it would taste great with pears or plums. Love to combine the creamy porridge base with crunchy almond flakes
I just made this. Taste so yummy like having dessert for breakfast. I just used peanut butter instead and add as toppings as well. Mamamia
