Has anyone tried this in a round cakepan? The rectangular one does not exist where I live.
Quick, delicious and I have all the ingredients at home because I used canned apples and frozen blueberries. I have done this dessert several times. Good for when I want to impress and I am pushed for time.
Easy, delicious, autumnal and sugar free - perfect for fall with a hot tea, warm blanket and a good book ☺️
Reminded me of the apple tart from my childhood. So delish and cosy.
Tried this! It was as okay - I think my issue was that the blender didn’t get the ingredients to a smooth consistency and that I made it in a porcelain pie dish (the crust inside the dish didn’t get crusty was just cooked) - need to invest in a metal dish and try again. Also it wasn’t sweet enough for me so I think I would add some sugar next time as well.
An interesting dessert, the tart apples I had on hand were perfect for this, they balanced the rich filling. Also, I happend to have some almond extract which worked great instead of vanilla.
This was really easy to make. It has a very unique flavor because of the dates. I feel like I would enjoy it more if I substituted something for the dates.
Wow! That was super easy and made a perfect dessert!! I had a bit of trouble getting the crust right, but maybe next time ;)
This was just ok. I can’t put my finger on it but something was missing. It’s not very sweet if you like that. Maybe needed more apple and wasn’t sure on the date filling. Although it was very easy to make.
One of the best desserts I ever had! Easy to make, great flavor and really wholesome! Can't wait to make it again
Thank you
It took me really lots of soy milk to get it to a good consistency. Crumble is pretty emotional, remembering to childhood and regarding this comparison it didn’t pass the test… here I would clearly add more sugar
So so good! Would 100% recommend this if you’re wanting to make your first vegan sweet treat. Thank you for the great app guys!
Delicious treat!
Just to answer my own question here for anyone else wondering; this freeze very well :)
Gonna try this right now. Is it freezer friendly ?
I loved this recipe so much! I agree with the comment below, that as a Coeliac, it's wonderful to have an easy go-to tart crust for future use. I plan on adapting the recipe to make an apple mincemeat tart for Christmas. 😍
The tart was incredible! A perfect dessert, even when warm, especially with chocolate ice cream. However, I had to use 8 more dates cause the first filing was too watery. Maybe it’s because I haven’t soaked the first batch of dates and they were harder, directly from the fridge. After the second batch of dates the filing became dense enough. The guests loved it! Will definitely do it more.
Amazing recipe, i am celiac so this dough has become my go-to for all tarts i have been craving! Highly recommend as a summer version with cherries (french clafoutis) its delicious
Very tasty! The dough was perfect and I didn't have to add anything using the ingredients' weight.
Only thing is I only had a basic round tart tin, so I've had to use more dough on the base and less as crumble topping. Maybe next time I'll add a few servings to have more.
Can I use coconut flour instead of the almond one ?
Delicious 😋
I made this tart and my guests liked it a lot. I feel like it could be even better if the dough became crispier after baking!
Delicious, quick and easy to prepare! 😋
Another amazing recipe, this is the taste of fall!🤗
Easy, delicious and a great success with my guests.
