Loved it! Didn’t have paprika so I added cayenne and it gave a little spicy kick. Also didn’t have peas so I added zucchini and cashews and it was still wonderful. Great recipe you can adjust :)
Love the protein and leafy greens in this! Very filling.
Packed with greens and protein. Delicious!
Needs to be little spicy
Asked my mom to make this for me postpartum. It tasted so good and has everything that I need right now, protein, carbs and veggies. It was easy to make and super delicious. We used the whole pack of 500g of pasta and it still turned out saucy enough
We absolutely loved this! We did add Parmesan cheese in place of nutritional yeast since we still consume dairy. But I absolutely loved the sauce with all the veggies and tofu. My toddler also loved it so I’d call this a major win. But the pasta amount it calls for was confusing. In grams, what it calls for feels like so little. I cooked closer to 400g pasta and we had a TON of extra sauce.
What an amazing dish! I have some of the sauce left and was wondering if I could just put that in the freezer for next time?
Great dish, very filling!
Amazingly rich pasta, my favorite pasta from this app so far! 😍
Easy and delicious!
Make this when you’re craving comfort food in the summer/springtime! Much flavour, very filling, super delicious!
Delicious flavors! I would add more pasta, salt, and extra crunchy topping next time. 👍
We loved this meal! The sauce was so creamy and the addition of tofu was a complete win! Cosy, tasty and perfect for a midweek meal.
I added 1 teaspoon of salt more and it still wasn’t enough for me😅
We loved it!
A winner in our house. My baby absolutely devoured it. I replaced the peas by broad beans and it was delicious. Now on the weeknight rotation.
I just made this for dinner, my toddler LOVED it! I had a few scoops that didn’t fit into the oven dish, and I definitely think baking it makes for a nicer thick texture - similar to ricotta. I’ve made lots of similar pasta sauces with silken tofu, I was excited to try using a firm tofu and it didn’t disappoint!!!
