Delicious and perfect summer treat!
Love this recipe!! I wanted a light meal that was refreshing and required minimal cooking on a hot day. This was also filling, sweet, and tasty!
This is such a tasty and refreshing meal to start the day with. Leaves my sweet tooth feeling satisfied, fills me up considerably more than a standard slice of toast would and you could easily whip this up for a single slice of bread and have it as a quick, easy snack instead. Love this one.
