This is our twist on a blended chia pudding parfait. We blended the chia seeds, to create a creamier, smoother texture. The parfait is layered with tangy and juicy kiwi, creamy yogurt and some granola for extra crunch. You can enjoy it as a breakfast or a snack. It is also great to be prepared in advance.

I don't know why I didn't make this recipe for so long. It is delicious! I made it as an overnight oats type breakfast. Also added some oats to the mixture as someone suggested in the comments. I can see how this could work with other fruits as well, such as mango or nectarines. Definitely a favourite now, the kids enjoyed it too!

I’m thping this while eating. Super delicious! ❤️🔥 I didn’t have any maple syrup so I sweetened it with a banana. Would add another layer of granola between the chia and the yogurt layer next time.
