Easy and delicious
Would it work well with frozen strawberries? 🍓🙃
Does „roasted“ buckwheat, the one that you find at Eastern European stores, also work here?
Already had this for two mornings this week, first time as in the recipe, second time replacing the strawberries with mango and leaving the buckwheat whole. Really good!
I found this by chance when looking for something to make with my leftover buckwheat and it was so good!! It's creamy and wonderfully comforting with the warm, freshly cooked buckwheat, and a great way to switch things up from oats all the time!
This is banging. Thank you for introducing me to buckwheat!
Love this app btw. I never pay for apps but I subscribed instantly for this.
Incredibly fresh and smooth breakfast bowl. The strawberry flavour became so intense when mixed with the yoghurt (vs just adding whole/diced), and the vanilla gave a nice “punch”. For me, it was easier to use hand mixer than blender. After having mixed everything and adding in the chia seeds, I also left the mix overnight in the fridge to solidify and it was so good 😊
This was so interesting to try !! I did a version with fresh blueberries since I could not find any strawberries 😉
I cooked the buckwheat and blended everything in the evening and enjoyed it cold “overnight oats” style in the morning. Definitively a fun swap!
