Can I use almond butter or peanut butter instead or does it mess with the flavors?
Unfortunately it's the first dish feom the app that I couldn't even finish. It's bland and the consistency is off - way too thick. I used cooked sweet potato. Will not prepare it again :/
How much does a small sweet potato weigh? in the smoothie recipe comments, you say 100-150g. Here you say 70g in the comments. I find this difficult when recipes don't say weight. For me a small sweet potato would be 250-300g. There are no smaller ones here, good for me, i love sweetpotatoes😅.

Amazing - like thanksgiving dessert for breakfast:) I kept the skin on the sweet potato because I wanted the extra fiber, so the velvety texture - like in the recipe picture- was a little ‘interrupted’, but still delicious nonetheless!
Can all overnight oats recipes be modified to include psyllium husks? I am looking for a way to include them in my diet for gut health (doctor's orders)
I baked the sweet potato along with others I was using in another recipe earlier this week and last night it was ready to mash. Such a great idea to add a sweet potato to oats! Very yummy 😋
Finally, I got to making this overnight oat recipe and it is SO DELICIOUS! It was quick and easy prep using canned pumpkin puree. I'm going to make it again for tomorrow!

This was great! Since I don't like cold oats, I heated some milk in my milk frother and then poured it over the oats. It was very tasty 😋
This made a large, satisfying breakfast. Substituted almond butter for the cashew butter and added a half a serving of vanilla protein powder. It was like having dessert for breakfast. 😋
I was not entirely sure about how to prepare the sweet potato and how it would fit in an overnight oat, but I was happily surprised that I managed to boil the sweet potato in the microwave without ensuing issues to peel.
This breakfast became so moist, and I liked how the flavour of the sweet potato did not take over. A lovely alternative that I enjoyed with blueberries
This looks lovely. You could use a vegan marshmallow fluff as a dessert topping option.
An overall good-tasting overnight oats with creative ingredients. I had to add quite a bit more plant milk to get it to the consistency I liked, but that’s personal preference.
